How do I choose the right padel racket for my skill level?
We categorize our rackets into Beginner, Intermediate, and Professional levels. Beginners should look for round-shaped rackets for better control, while advanced players may prefer diamond shapes for increased power.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
PadelHQ ships worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a racket if I have already used it?
To be eligible for a full refund, rackets must be returned in their original, unused condition with the plastic wrap still on the handle. Used rackets are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on padel rackets?
Yes, all our rackets come with a standard 6-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by impact with walls or other rackets.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna in select regions.
How often should I replace my padel balls?
For optimal performance and consistent bounce, we recommend replacing padel balls every 2-3 matches. Professional players often use a fresh can for every match to ensure maximum pressure.
