Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring padel rackets are padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
